Private Yoga Classes
Traditionally yoga was taught on a one to one basis so that the
Teacher could coach students based upon their individual needs.
This remains one of the key benefits of a private one-to one lesson.
Whether you want to improve particular aspects of your practice, have a specific area you want to work on, are recovering from illness or injury, want to focus on restorative postures and stress reduction, or simply because it’s the most convenient way to fit it into your lifestyle, one-to-one are effective at all levels of experience.
If you’ve never done any yoga before and would feel more comfortable knowing a little more about it before joining a class, it’s a great way to lay a strong foundation.
Or perhaps you want to share a class with a small group of friends so that you can learn together, share the cost and help and encourage each other along the way.
