There is a courtyard with chairs for reading and relaxing and a platform for swimming and sunbathing. Rooms are simple, yet clean and comfortable and all en-suite.
You can do as much or as little as you want in between classes, with the centre of Dalyan just a 10 minute walk away.

Mid week, on our afternoon off, we will be going on an award-winning boat tour, cruising on the river to the mud baths, before heading to the beach, where you can swim, take a walk or simply lay down on a sun lounger and enjoy the blue skies. We’ll finish with a sunset barbeque on the boat, before making our way back to base.

Yoga Classes
The open air studio offers views of the river and is fully equipped with all that we need.

There will be two classes most days, with a minimum of 10 classes.

The morning classes will be active and energising, developing our understanding and
deepening our experience of new and familiar postures. We’ll go through a full range of movement, from standing poses, forward bends, twists, backbends and inversions, under-pinning the instructions with an understanding of why we work from the foundation up and how this relates to the cakras and elements.

Evening sessions will be recuperative in nature, using props to support the body inducing deep relaxation, fostering the stillness and peace required for pranayama (breathing) techniques. These improve the way we breathe, build energy and foster serenity.

Food
The brunch buffet features a delicious spread of yoghurt, bread, homemade jam, fruit, eggs of some sort and salads, comprised of delicious fresh tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, home grown rocket, etc.

Many of the evening meals will be at Likya, who offer a lovely two course vegetarian meal, with a wide mezze spread for starters, (which are delicious and filling) and a main. There will be a fish option also available during the boat trip.

Also included is two vegetarian dinners at a local recommended restaurant, at least one of which will be riverside.

What else is there to do?

During your free time in between classes you can… Curl up with a book on a cosy terrace. Swim or sunbathe. Enjoy a variety of bodywork or traditional massages from skilled and carefully chosen therapists.

Explore the surrounding area and beaches. Walk for miles without seeing a soul.

Meet new like-minded friends or nap in the afternoon – why not?
