Beginners’ Foundation Course

New to yoga or feel a little confused in class?

This course is an ideal introduction to lay the foundations for a strong and healthy yoga practice in a safe, friendly and
informative environment. It’s ideal for beginners and perfect for those looking to revisit the fundamentals of yoga.

The practice builds week by week, introducing you to the yoga postures in a methodical and sequential way to gradually
open the body-intelligence and enable strength, flexibility and relaxation by releasing muscle tension.

The course will start by focusing on the standing postures, then seated, covering forward bends, twists and backbends,
culminating in shoulder stand and finish with a short relaxation.

This course creates a strong and safe foundation from which you can confidently partake in beginners’ yoga classes.
